spawn industry

hi i search in forum but not found anything
there is a way that I could found a industry, in my case printing en any town? not necesarly a city? thanks

Click and hold down on industry button, select "Fund new industry" from the drop-down menu.

yeah i know i mean spawn an industry without the restrictions of city or village

When an industry has a restriction on where it can be built, it's not possible to ignore that restriction.
The game also can not work without at least one town on the map.
There is a setting in the game that will allow more than one industry of the same type in/by one town.
